Lannett, Bausch Settle Multistate Litigation over Alleged Generic Drug Pricing Conspiracies for $17.85 Million

Lannett Company, Inc. and Bausch Health US, LLC will pay a total of $17.85 million to resolve allegations they engaged in long-running conspiracies inflate prices and reduce competition for generic drugs, Connecticut Attorney General William Tong announced February 2.
