DOJ Calls for Divestiture in Harvard Pilgrim-Health Plan Holdings Deal

A proposed settlement to resolve a civil antitrust action filed by the Department of Justice would require Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Health Plan Holdings to divest Tufts Health Freedom Plan Inc. to proceed with a merger, the agency announced December 14.
