Express Scripts Holding Company failed to convince a federal district court in California to dismiss a proposed class action alleging online tracking technology embedded on its pharmacy website improperly captured and transmitted to Meta users' protected health information (PHI) in violation of the federal Wiretap Act and the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA).
