DHS Finalizes Changes to H-1B Annual Lottery

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), published December 29, 2025 a final rule (90 Fed. Reg. 60864) revamping the annual lottery for the H-1B visa program for skilled workers.
