U.S. Court in Illinois Won’t Dismiss Antitrust Action Against Providers Alleging Illegal “No Poach” Agreements

A federal court in Illinois refused September 26 to dismiss a civil antitrust action alleging various outpatient health care providers violated the Sherman Act by conspiring with rivals not to solicit or hire proactively each other’s senior employees, resulting in the artificial suppression of their compensation.
