Genetic Testing Lab Agrees to $2.5 Million Settlement of Kickback Allegations

Scott C. Blader, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced January 11 that AutoGenomics, Inc. has agreed to pay the United States $2,538,000 to resolve Anti-Kickback allegations.
