HHS Finalizes Changes to Title VI Regulations

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office for Civil Rights (OCR) has finalized revisions to portions of its regulations implementing Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits discrimination “on the ground of race, color, or national origin . . . under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.”
