Novartis Facing Multistate Lawsuit Alleging Price-Fixing Conspiracy with Generic Manufacturers

Forty-two states and territories are suing Novartis and its Sandoz subsidiaries alleging a conspiracy with other generic manufacturers to fix prices, allocate markets, and rig bids for 31 different generic drugs, Connecticut Attorney General William Tong announced February 2.
