General Medicine, P.C. and other related entities (collectively, GM) must face the federal government’s action alleging they violated the False Claims Act (FCA) by improperly billing Medicare for visits with residents of nursing homes and assisted living facilities in multiple states, a federal court in Illinois held March 11.
