Pain Management Doctor Settles Medicare Fraud Allegations

Pain management physician Dr. Syed Nasir has paid $530,000 to resolve allegations he falsely billed Medicare for the use of electro-acupuncture devices, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas Ryan K. Patrick announced August 25.
