Health Centers Sue HHS as Dispute with Drug Makers over 340B Program Ramps up

The National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) is trying to compel the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to implement an administrative dispute resolution (ADR) process so that health care providers can take action against drug companies the group says are violating statutory requirements under the 340B drug discount program.
