CMS Updates Guidance on Medicaid State Directed Payment Limits

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released February 2 updated guidance on new federal payment limits for state directed payments in Medicaid managed care that were included in last summer’s reconciliation package while the agency works to issue a final rule.
