U.S. Court in Texas Nixes No Surprises Act Dispute Resolution Regulation for Air Ambulance Providers

A federal judge in Texas vacated July 26 a rule that implements the No Surprises Act's (Act’s) independent dispute resolution (IDR) process for air ambulance services providers after finding it conflicted with the clear text of the statute and improperly bypassed notice-and-comment rulemaking.
