U.S. Court in Oregon Permanently Blocks HHS Declaration on Transgender Care for Minors

A federal judge in Oregon vacated April 18 Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s declaration late last year that “sex-rejection procedures” for minors “are neither safe nor effective as a treatment” for gender dysphoria and issued a permanent injunction barring its implementation and enforcement.
