Sixth Circuit Finds Podiatrist’s FCA Retaliation Claim Time Barred

An alleged retaliation for purposes of triggering the three-year statute of limitations under the False Claims Act (FCA) occurred when a hospital decided not to renew a podiatrist’s privileges, rather than when it notified him of that decision five days later, the Sixth Circuit ruled January 10.
