HHS Delays Rule for Sunsetting Regulations

A final rule issued in the late days of the Trump administration that would sunset certain regulations not reviewed by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) every ten years is delayed for one year under a notice to be published in the Federal Register March 23.
