The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia vacated a 2013 Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) policy that extended the 340B statutory prohibition on disproportionate share hospitals’ (DSHs) use of group purchasing organizations (GPOs) to the so-called “replenishment model” for drug inventories.
