The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued Febraury 9 a proposed rule updating parameters for health insurance issuers offering coverage on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplace that looks to relax certain restrictions on plan design in a bid to improve affordability.
