Hospitals Sue HHS to Block New Pilot Program for 340B Rebate Model

The American Hospital Association (AHA), Maine Hospital Association, and four safety-net hospitals are asking a federal court to block the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS’) newly launched pilot program to test a rebate model for providing discounts under the 340B drug pricing program.
