First Circuit Ends HHS Appeal of Enjoined 340B Rebate Model Pilot

The First Circuit nixed January 20 the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS’) appeal of a preliminary injunction blocking the agency’s pilot program intended to test a rebate model for providing discounts under the 340B drug pricing program after the parties agreed to a voluntary dismissal.
