Three Found Guilty in $10.85 Million in Medicare Fraud Scheme

Ted Cain, his companies, Stone County Hospital and Corporate Management, Inc., Julie Cain, and Tommy Kuluz, Chief Financial Officer of Corporate Management, Inc., have been found guilty by a federal jury of submitting false claims, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Mississippi Mike Hurst announced March 13.
