New Guidance on Oversight of the Corporate Legal Function

New guidance for corporate leadership on its oversight of in-house counsel can be found in the just-released 2026 edition of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Chief Legal Officers Survey (Survey). As in the past, the Survey provides boards and senior executive management with insight into how best to effect their responsibilities to assure an effective and responsive corporate legal function.
