First Circuit Dismisses Weight Loss Drug Discrimination Suit

The First Circuit dismissed March 27 a class action suit against Elevance Health, Inc. finding no merit to the allegation that the insurer’s exclusion of weight loss drugs from coverage constituted unlawful disability discrimination.
