U.S. Court in DC Blocks HHS from Terminating American Academy of Pediatrics’ Federal Funding

The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia temporarily enjoined the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) from cutting off $12 million in grants to the American Academy of Pediatrics (APA) after finding the funding termination was likely retaliatory for the group’s opposition to certain agency policies.
