HHS Delays Rule on Insulin, Epinephrine Pricing

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is further delaying the effective date of a final rule requiring health centers purchasing drugs through the 340B Drug Discount Program to provide low-income patients insulin and injectable epinephrine at the 340B price.
