DEA Poised to Extend Telehealth Flexibilities for Controlled Substance Prescribing

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is poised to extended, for a fourth time, telehealth flexibilities for prescribing controlled substances that were put in place during the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a notice on display at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
