Public Disclosure Bar Sinks Whistleblower Action Against Oncology Provider, U.S. Court in New York Says

Relator Omni Healthcare Inc.’s amended complaint failed to show it was the original source of publicly disclosed allegations that U.S. Oncology harvested overfill from oncology drugs and knowingly billed the government when it knew the practice was illegal, a federal district in New York held September 8 in dismissing the action for a second time.
