U.S. Court in Oregon Says Decision to Curtail Shared On-Call Coverage Wasn’t an Antitrust Violation

The U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon dismissed March 31 a physician’s Sherman Act section 1 claim, finding he could not show that the decision by his colleagues to discontinue sharing on-call coverage was intended “to harm or restrain competition.”
