D.C. Circuit Says Indiana Appealed Ruling on Medicaid Coverage Restrictions Too Soon

The D.C. Circuit held March 11 that it lacked jurisdiction over Indiana’s appeal of a district ruling that found the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS’) approval of the state's Medicaid demonstration, which include a slew of coverage restrictions, was arbitrary and capricious.
