HHS Rescinds Longstanding Policy That Expanded Public Input on Agency Regulations

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) will no longer require notice-and-comment rulemaking for regulations related to “agency management or personnel or to public property, loans, grants, benefits, or contracts,” walking back a policy that was in place for more than 50 years.
