U.S. Court in Utah Says Insurer Must Face ERISA, Parity Act Claims for Denial of Mental Health Coverage

The U.S. District Court for the District of Utah refused September 11 to dismiss an action under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and parity act alleging that an insurer improperly denied coverage for residential mental health treatment.
