Tech Company Pays $1.7 Million in Restitution for Fraud Related to EHR Incentive Program

A California technology company was ordered to pay nearly $1.7 million in restitution to the federal and Ohio governments for fraud related to the electronic health records (EHR) program, David M. DeVillers, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio, announced April 21.
