U.S. Court in Massachusetts Allows Lawsuit over Vaccine Policy Changes

The U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts refused January 6 to dismiss a challenge to a Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) decision to no longer include COVID vaccines on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC's) schedule of immunizations for healthy children and pregnant women and to replace members of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP).
