Third Circuit Partly Reverses $35.8 Million Award Against Comprehensive Healthcare for Wage Violations

Ruling on an issue of first impression, the Third Circuit held that the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) does not allow for overtime gap time claims—i.e. compensation for non-overtime hours worked in a pay period when an employee worked overtime.
