Florida Appeals Court Affirms State Agency’s Medicaid Managed Care Contract Award

The Court of Appeal of Florida reversed August 17 a lower court’s decision invalidating the state health agency’s award of a Medicaid managed care contract. According to the court, the plan challenging the award lacked standing to bring suit for failure to exhaust administrative remedies.
