Major Fraud Crackdown Includes Pausing $260 Million in Minnesota Medicaid Funding, Administration Says

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is freezing $259.5 million of quarterly federal Medicaid funding in Minnesota “to prevent payment of questionable claims while further investigation in completed,” the agency said February 25.
