MedPAC Issues Annual Report on Medicare Payment Policies

Medicare will spend an estimated 14% more for Medicare Advantage (MA) enrollees than it would spend if those beneficiaries were enrolled in the fee-for-service (FFS) program, which translates to a projected $76 billion in 2026, according to the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission’s (MedPAC's) March report to Congress.
