Delaware Court Rejects Private Right of Action Under No Surprises Act

The Delaware Chancery Court held February 16 that the federal No Surprises Act (NSA) does not include a private right of action to enforce awards under the Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) process for resolving payment disputes between providers and payers.
