Proposed Rule Sets Ten-Year Expiration Date for HHS Rules That Aren't Reviewed

Certain Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) regulations would expire after ten years if the agency fails to periodically assess whether the rule is still needed and whether it is having appropriate impacts under a notice of proposed rulemaking (85 Fed. Reg. 70096) published November 4.
