CMS Proposes 2.3% Payment Bump for IRFs in FY 2027

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued July 30 a final rule updating Medicare payment policies under the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) Prospective Payment System (PPS) for fiscal year (FY) 2027 that will result in an overall payment increase of 2.3%.
