CMS Reduces Medicare Payment Cut to Home Health Agencies in Final Rule for 2026

Medicare payments to home health agencies in calendar year (CY) 2026 will decrease 1.3% or $220 million in calendar year (CY) 2026 under the Home Health Prospective Payment System final rule published in the December 2 Federal Register (90 Fed. Reg. 55342).
