OIG Approves Cost-Sharing Waiver for Therapy Services Provided to Domestic Violence Survivors

A state-designated domestic crisis provider’s proposal to begin billing federal health care programs for therapy services and waive any cost sharing would not result in administrative sanctions, the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (OIG) said in an advisory opinion posted April 10.
