Texas Reaches $41.5 Million Settlement with Pfizer, Tris Pharma of Adulterated ADHD Drug Allegations

Pfizer Inc. and Tris Pharma agreed to pay $41.5 million to Texas to resolve allegations they provided adulterated medication for treating attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) to children on Medicaid, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced November 19.
