Former Home Health Worker Pleads Guilty in Wide-Ranging Medicaid Fraud Scheme

Former home health care provider employee Tamika Adams pled guilty in federal court to one count each of conspiracy to defraud the Pennsylvania Medicaid program, health care fraud, and aggravated identity theft, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania Scott W. Brady announced March 13.
