New Jersey Chiropractor to Pay $2 Million to Resolve FCA Allegations

A New Jersey chiropractor will pay the federal government $2 million to resolve allegations under the False Claims Act (FCA) that he billed Medicare for medically unnecessary injections and knee braces and received illegal kickbacks, the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced April 6.
