Third Circuit Won’t Revive Unvaccinated ER Physician’s Religious Discrimination Lawsuit Against Hospital

A hospital that suspended an emergency room (ER) physician after he failed to get the COVID-19 vaccine during the pandemic sufficiently established that granting him a religious exemption from its vaccination requirement would have been an “undue hardship” on its business, the Third Circuit held April 10.
