The Ninth Circuit handed Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) plan member Leah Campbell a victory April 13 in her challenge to UnitedHealthcare and Insperity’s (collectively, United) denial of her claim seeking benefits related to services performed by Emergency Surgical Assistants.
