A New York medical practice lacked standing to compel the Departments of Health and Human Services, Treasury, and Labor to enforce statutory deadlines under the No Surprises Act (Act) for the independent dispute resolution (IDR) process required for resolving payment disputes between providers and insurers, the Second Circuit held July 22.
