Dentist Pleads Guilty to Medicaid Fraud Scheme

Dentist Denver D. Tackett, DMD, who owned and operated Tackett Family Dentistry in McDowell, KY, pled guilty to submitting false claims to Kentucky Medicaid, Robert M. Duncan, Jr., U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky, announced August 25.
