U.S. Court in Florida Says First-Hand Allegations Save Whistleblower Action from Dismissal

The U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida refused to dismiss May 13 False Claims Act allegations against a physician and his practice, finding the relator’s personal observations about the fraud scheme sufficient to support her claims with particularity.
